Pound o Yarn

I have started my next crochet project (the other one is currently in the "secret" folder until I can send it to the recipient.)

This new one I've started is shaping up to be the biggest project to date so I looked into buying the bigger balls of yarn. This particular one is Caron's ONE POUND of yarn.

When I brought it home, Lincoln just looked at me like "seriously? a POUND of yarn?"

Now the most entertaining aspect of this POUND of yarn is that it did not start out this long. It used to be more compact but as I slowly rip the guts out of it, it loses it's tightness and has gotten longer and longer. Now it's this floppy mass that I'm just waiting to fall apart.

Also, I can't read that last paragraph without giggling....I am a 13 year old.
